MT House Sa Pa - Mountain & Terraced fields View And Trekking Tour
"I stayed at MT House Sa Pa during the mustard flower season, and it was absolutely beautiful. The whole area around the house was covered with bright yellow flowers, creating a peaceful and romantic atmosphere. The location in Ta Van village is quiet and surrounded by nature. Waking up in the morning and seeing the yellow mustard flowers right outside the window was an unforgettable experience. It felt fresh, calm, and very different from the busy town center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. In the afternoon, enjoying coffee while looking over the valley and the blooming flowers made the trip even more special. If you visit Sa Pa during the mustard flower season, MT House is definitely a perfect place to stay. I would love to come back again."
Muong Hoa Eco Villa
"Such lovely staff and amazing views!!!!! They were really helpful and they had great communication and taxi services ❤️❤️❤️"
Sin Chai Ecolodge
"Location is not good room smell bad 😕😕"
Moc Home Sapa
"Great place with friendly staff. I recommend"
En Hotel Sapa
"Our stay at En Sapa Hotel was a memorable and calming experience, set against one of the most beautiful backdrops Sapa has to offer. The surrounding atmosphere is truly special. Watching clouds drift through the mountains was breathtaking and created a peaceful, almost magical feeling throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. Everything felt quiet, cosy, and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. A special mention goes to Albert, the owner of the hotel. His commitment to excellent customer service really stood out. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, showed genuine understanding, and worked toward providing solutions. His calm, respectful, and hands-on approach made us feel valued as guests and reflected his passion for hospitality. To make this hotel a true gem, there are just a couple of small areas for improvement. Communication with some staff can be challenging at times, and the buffet breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of options. Addressing these would elevate the overall experience even further. Overall, En Sapa Hotel offers stunning mountain views, clean and comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to fully enjoy Sapa. With Albert’s dedication and a few refinements, this hotel has the potential to be an outstanding place to stay."
Larosa Homestay
"A flawless mountain escape! The room is brilliantly insulated—completely draft-free, keeping the space bone-dry and toasty warm despite the freezing chill outside. Waking up in a crisp, cozy bed to a massive, unobstructed valley view was unreal. We also loved the quiet morning walks right from our doorstep. The property management is totally seamless. Highly recommended"
S Plus Bungalow
"This homestay offers amazing views of the valley and rice terraces. The bungalows are very clean and new. The staff here is what makes the places. They are so attentive and do anything for you. Speak perfect English if you need it. The homestay is a bit of a ways down the hill, but this makes for excellent seclusion and peace. Definitely recommend this place."
Sa Pa EC homestay
"I had a lovely stay in Ta Van village. The children were wonderful and I enjoyed spending time with the family and learning more about local life. The village is peaceful, beautiful, and a great place to experience the mountains and culture of northern Vietnam. Thank you for the hospitality and for the memories. Wishing the family all the best."

Muong Hoa River View Homestay
"A bit away from Sapa town but this place has the most breathtaking view! Great location with beautiful rice terraces, river, and mountains all around. Even though it rained the whole time we were there, we still enjoyed our stay very much. The room was lovely, huge and super clean, the AC was very strong! We had dinner at the homestay: fresh fish and local veggies, and it was so good (just remember to order 3 hours in advance). The next morning, we had a lovely chat with the super nice people here and found out they're building a pool. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Muong Hoa River View Homestay to everyone!"
Khen Mong Nature Hotel
"I stay in this homestay 1 night The room in the 2nd of the wooden stilt house is very clean and nice decorated Food is good Drink is also lovely and yummy I walked around to see the village with some local people, they were very friendly and helpful Thank you very much I will come back"
Best View Homestay
"They are not lying with name, it's a steep climb up but it's worth it, the view is so good. Such a nice, welcoming family and the rooms are really good quality, for the price. They cook tasty meals and make them feel special for guests."
Bees Homestay Sapa & Trekking
"I finally have some free time to write a review of this wonderful guesthouse! The hosts are incredibly nice, you feel right at home, even though your home is 8,000 km away. This feeling is better than anything. You can tell the family loves what they do and does it with passion. It's been a month since I stayed, so I might not write as emotionally, but my fond memories of staying at this house still linger with me. 1. The view!!! Absolutely beautiful!! You can admire the rice terraces, the sunsets and sunrises, and most importantly, the stars! For the first time in my long trip, I saw so many stars in the Vietnamese sky. I adore the stars. 2. The room is quite empty, but you can tell everything is new, so I need a little more time. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is clean. The bathroom is large and very comfortable. There is hot water. All the amenities are there. It's like visiting close relatives. You don't feel like you're in some hostel with a shared bathroom. It really felt like I was visiting, and it's normal for someone else to use the shower. 3. Breakfast! I don't know why, but when they brought pancakes with banana and chocolate for breakfast, I was really touched. It shows that they think about and care about foreigners. It's quite difficult for me to eat noodles for breakfast because it's not customary here. And it's hard on my stomach. So these pancakes were the best breakfast I've had in a long time in Vietnam! 4. The owners are very nice. I told them I'd leave my bags until 2:00 PM since checkout was at 12:00 PM, and they said there was no other guest after me, so I could continue using the room without any problem, even staying another night! I stayed in the room until 3:00 PM. Before this, I was in a hotel where they charged me to let me into my room an hour early, even though the room was obviously empty and had been cleaned long ago. So it's not about Vietnamese culture, but about these wonderful people. Giving what you can is the best quality a person can have. There are many beautiful places nearby. There are shops. I recommend arriving by motorbike to fully enjoy the surroundings."
Stone Paradise Homestay
PaoDzung Ta Van Homestay Sapa
"Nice places, recommended in summer but less so in winter"
Hoa Chanh Bungalow
"The accommodation was splendid, with a magnificent view of the rice paddies – very immersive. It was spotlessly clean, and the family was very kind. The only slight drawback was our arrival: we had to wait because the family wasn't there yet, but eventually, one of the children took care of us after a while. They also have very cute and fun animals that we could play with – it was fantastic! By far the best accommodation I've ever stayed in in terms of immersion!"
La Dao Spa Homestay
"We chose a much more expensive option than the average Homestay, hoping for better conditions and cleanliness. We booked 4 rooms with air conditioning, only one works. The lock in one of the rooms was broken. In the next room, the roof was leaking, which made it very damp and full of vermin. We booked rooms with breakfast included, but it turned out that coffee or any other drink is not included in the breakfast package, which we found out only when leaving the hotel. It was a big problem to communicate with anyone in English. We booked two nights, but we left the hotel after the first night, hoping for a refund of at least part of the money, which we did not receive."
Dinh Sapa Trekking & Homestay
"We stayed at this homestay for two nights. Upon arrival, we were offered a choice of two rooms: one on the second floor of the main building, with a panoramic window but no private bathroom; the other, in a separate cottage without a panoramic view but with a private bathroom. Since we were traveling with a small child, we chose the room with a private bathroom, naively thinking the cottage would be quieter. This cottage is located near the road, and the soundproofing is poor, as there are many cracks and cars accelerate hard uphill after a sharp turn. In the main building, the hostess hosts a show in the evenings, after which she invites guests to sing karaoke, equipped with microphones and a powerful speaker. On the first evening, no one volunteered, and by 9 PM the sounds from the main building had faded. And on the second evening, the new group turned out to be singing and drinking, and they kept up the noise until 10:30 PM... So those who are ready to join in the evening's merriment will have a blast, but those who choose this place for the quiet will probably have to listen to karaoke, and if you sleep in the roadside cabin, there's also the noise of traffic... The views are, of course, stunning! The breakfasts were good, and some dishes were free! But for some reason, they often forgot about us (we arrived without a guide and booked the accommodation ourselves, and the owners apparently focus primarily on the tourist groups they bring in on tours, which is logical). The critters included flies, mosquitoes, moths, spiders, and one huge spider (I don't know how dangerous it is, but it was unpleasant, and whether a net over the bed would protect against such a spider is unknown)."
Freedom Homestay
"Good service and food.."
Opal House Ta Van
"Great stay at Chocho Homestay, amazing trekking, and a lovely family. A magnificent view, delicious meals, and a very cute little village."
Hmong Wooden Home
"The hosts are so lovely! If you're looking for nature and peace, this is the place. It's a little far from Sapa town, but the natural scenery there has million-dollar views."
Sapa Eco Villas & Spa
"Staff was extremely helpful with getting and going around. The location is a bit farther than we thought - best if you have a Grab account to book transport. Grab is similar to Uber or Lift. We did a SPA massage at the hotel for 500,000 VND per person."
Sapa Bamboo Eco
"This place is perfect for the traveler who picks a place and just wants to be near open fields and doesn't want any of the convenience of city life. If that's you you'll love this place. The owner is extremely friendly and will check what you want for breakfast, very warm and hospitable. If you're the kind of traveler who wants to walk around the city with all kinds of restaurants near you this place is not for you. It is located in an area that is under some development so even for Grab drivers (car), getting in or out of that place is not convenient UNLESS you're getting on a bike. Great place, just located very far from everything."
Hmong Farmstay
"Excellent views and cuisine. Responsive hostess. Beautiful and authentic room."
Sapa Plum Eco House
"My daughter and I stayed here for several days. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful and we learned a lot about the area in conversation with them. The rooms are exquisite - each one has a small terrace. We ate several meals in their dining room - and all were delicious! Highly recommend. It is about a half hour drive from SaPa town and worth being away from the total tourist vibe there. We did lots of hiking and walking. If we are ever in this area again, we will book with Plum Eco House!"
