"Absolutely fantastic place to stay, not only for the first class accommodation and service but also the location which gives easy access to town as well as the surf beaches at Weligama in the other direction. The rooms vary from very good to exceptional if you book their largest room which is probably the most spacious and well designed room I have stayed in. The direct access to the small beach outside is also a bonus but during our stay the waves restricted access for anything other than a quick dip. There is, however, a great little beach a couple of hundred meters away and a shack bar. The main beach in town is also excellent with plenty of bars/restaurants without being over commercial."
