"Pros 1) The location is near to convenience store and mamak restaurant. 3)the room is big and comfortable. 4) the machine at lobby is very convenient.can checkout and get back the deposit easily. Cons 1) There is no remote TV in the room.i requested remote tv from the lady receptionist.and she told me someone will send it to my room.....they never send the remote to my room....very disappointed."

"Clean room. the bathroom is clean.. but the towels are not clean.. there is a yellow / rusty stain on the white bath towel and I did not use the towel provided because it was dirty.. the desk / dressing table is a little dusty. But the receptionist is very kind and friendly. Reasonable rental rates. Only the resort environment needs improvement. Less interesting"

"The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant smell. The bed was comfortable, and the bath towels provided were clean and fresh. The toilet was also clean, and the shower water heater worked well. The service was also good, and it was easy to find a Grab car in the area. I’m not sure about late at night, but I was still able to order GrabFood at around 8:30 PM without any issues. However, the hotel is located near a main road, so it can be quite noisy at night, especially around midnight. There were people riding motorcycles loudly during that time. I would also recommend that the hotel add more power outlets near the bed, as the only available plugs are located near the TV area, which is quite limited."

"This hotel is under renovation right now (Dec 25) but it's still okay to stay there. Overall, the cleanliness of this hotel is good. This hotel doesn't have a cafe but you can find many restaurants near the hotel. They also provide a self-service kiosk to check in and check out with simple instructions. 👍"
