The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bedding felt luxurious. They even thoughtfully presented us with a small gift. Overall, the hotel staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful and diverse, perfectly meeting our expectations and making it an ideal stay for a family!"

"It is said to be the best hotel in Turks. It provides expired tea bags and coffee with no production date, and ignores the health of consumers. I took the initiative to inform the hotel manager and negotiated with him. The department manager's handling attitude was too bad, which meant that he would not take it seriously. Is this food safe? ? ? I have already complained to the relevant departments and I am speechless! ! ! The hotel's hygiene was also very poor. If I looked carefully, there were a lot of hairs under the sheets in the room. I told the manager, who took care of it, and there was one hair left!"

"The B&B we stayed at the day before was quite inconvenient; we couldn't get our laundry dried even overnight. Luckily, our next stay was at Quanjiyuan. We arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, Pudding, and Xiao Jiang, were incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in was fast and efficient. We didn't have to worry about our laundry; they even washed and dried it for us in the early hours. The next morning, they also delivered breakfast to our room. The room was spacious and bright, and the smart home system was super convenient, with voice control for lights and curtains. I also loved the lobby fragrance at Quanjiyuan. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tekes!"

The lobby is spacious, the rooms are large and odor-free, and the parking lot is huge. The best part, which is really important, is the excellent soundproofing – getting good rest is crucial when you're traveling. The staff are also very service-minded. I extended my stay for several days. When I checked out, it was raining, and the front desk attendant even gave me an umbrella and some snacks. Honestly, this hotel is better than some 5-star hotels in big cities. All in all, if you're coming to Tekes, staying here is definitely the right choice!"

The surrounding area is rather desolate, so there are many insects. There are cute kittens. Washing and drying clothes is very convenient."

"1️⃣ The room matched the pictures, but there was hair on both beds, even though no one had slept on them. The housekeeper seemed quite agitated when she came in. We clearly stated that we believed they had changed the sheets, but the obvious hair was unpleasant, and we hoped they could change them again. The housekeeper was also quite aggressive, repeatedly asking what we wanted. We clearly stated that changing the sheets would solve the problem. She probably didn't want to change them, so she gave us the room next door. The pillows in the next room also had obvious yellow stains, and the sheets still had hair. I showed it to the housekeeper, and she said they were old and their eyesight wasn't good, and that they had already changed the sheets anyway! In the end, we didn't change rooms, and the housekeeper didn't change the sheets or duvet covers! 2️⃣ We booked a twin room for three people, and the room was for two people. We asked the housekeeper for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel, but she kept passing the buck, saying there were some in the room. I explained that there were three of us, and two sets in the room, which wasn't enough. The housekeeper kept repeating that there were some in the room! Since you saw three of us checking in and assigning us a room, I assumed you accepted three people. Is it reasonable for me to ask for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel? I didn't ask for more than the number of guests. 3️⃣ The bedside lamp on the left side of the entrance kept flickering, and the lights in the whole room seemed to flicker constantly, making it very uncomfortable for my eyes while lying in bed. When traveling, we don't need overly enthusiastic service. Just meeting our reasonable requests is fine. Asking for disposable toiletries was met with hesitation and extreme reluctance. The sheets and duvet covers had obvious hair, and we asked for new ones, but they weren't changed in the end, so we just slept in them anyway."

The hotel's service facilities were very good. There was also a gym where I could exercise. The environment inside the store was also very good. It was a very satisfying stay experience!"

"Housekeeping was very professional, but the front desk staff on the afternoon of the 25th seemed completely untrained. I had called ahead to confirm if breakfast was included, as there was no breakfast option on the platform, and was told yes. However, upon arrival, I was informed it cost 38 yuan per person and needed to be purchased separately. Check-in took an eternity, and despite plenty of available rooms, I was given one right next to the restaurant. Before 8 AM, I was woken by the sound of tables and chairs being dragged around and people talking loudly, making it impossible to sleep. Also, all the towels and toiletries were disposable, and no basic disinfectant items were provided. The hotel's location is quite far from the center of Bagua City, about a 30-minute walk. During my walk, I noticed many more options in the central area at a similar price point. I'd advise future travelers to choose carefully."

The shower space was surprisingly large, with no feeling of crampedness at all. The shower facilities were user-friendly, and the water temperature was consistent, leaving me feeling completely refreshed after a shower. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were very responsive, even offering helpful tips on the local weather and sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was elegant, and the environment was quiet. Staying at such a comfortable hotel in Bagua City was a wonderful surprise and definitely my top choice for accommodation in the area!"

I booked a standard room, and they even provided earplugs in advance – the attention to detail was impressive. Definitely a four-star standard with five-star service! Thumbs up!"

"During my trip to Xinjiang, I encountered several highly-rated guesthouses, but Lanchuan was the happiest place we stayed. Even a month after returning, I absolutely must give Lanchuan this rave review; I even regret not staying there for two more nights! Facilities: There was cool air conditioning. The first night I stayed at another guesthouse on the mountainside, which cost over 1000 yuan and didn't even have air conditioning. Parking here was also very convenient; no need to drive on bumpy, rocky roads. Cleanliness: Every corner was spotless, making me feel very safe and comfortable. Environment: The scenery was beautiful, with a vast and expansive view. Service: The service from the owners was the most satisfying. The owner's father was an excellent cook. We ordered groceries, went out for a walk, and came back to a delicious home-style meal, full of wok hei (the smoky aroma imparted by a hot wok), which was absolutely delicious! The owner was incredibly kind. We kept reminding him if we needed help with our luggage, and there was welcome fruit. The breakfast was also very generous. Next time I'm in Qiongkushitai, I'll definitely stay in Lanchuan again."
