Siz hiç ücretini ödediğiniz (ödeme yaşanan aksilik sonrası) konaklamada kapıda kalıp, arabada uyuyarak geçirdiniz mi? Ben geçirdim. Gece ekip arkadaşımı otobüs terminaline bırakıp otele döndüğümde otel çalışanı yoktu ve otelin girişindeki demir kapı kapalıydı. Kapının elektronik şifresi müşteri olarak bize verilmediği için odaların olduğu kata erişim sağlayamadım. Defalarca otel sabit hattını ve cep hattını aramama rağmen sonuç alamadım. Ve odama giremediğim için geceyi arabamda geçirdim. Ertesi gün sabahçı arkadaş gereken özürlerini dile getirdi. Ancak sadece kuru bir özür. Operasyon bozulmasın diye oteli değiştirmedik.
