"Really welcoming family run hotel. Wonderful food and so much of it! with plenty of choice for all diets. Great mountain views from the sun terrace and our bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities including having a massage. Great location for exploring the mountains and the bus system is very efficient if you visit without a car."

"They pretend to be one of the best hotels in Austria but it isn’t it at all. It look likes of you are in the middle of a ‘kindergarten. Very anoying when more than 10 little kids are running and screaming in the bar area. When I made a complain the answer I got was: ‘Maybe you can sit tomorrow in the reception area where it is more quiet….really unbelievable for a 5 star luxury resort. Also the wifi is very very poor and when you are laying at the pool area there are a lot of kids making noise. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"We stayed four nights at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol. The service staff was consistently friendly – ​​very attentive and quick at breakfast, in the spa café, and at dinner. At lunchtime, however, both in the restaurant and the Viennese café, the waiting times for ordering and serving were unfortunately unacceptable, although the staff were still very friendly. The Wiener Schnitzel at lunchtime was good, but the accompanying potato and lamb's lettuce salad was disappointing, especially compared to the excellent potato salad at the evening salad buffet. Breakfast was very good, as usual, although the pastries seemed to have changed in quality. The evening appetizer buffet also seemed more varied in the past. The Asian-themed evening ranged from very good to average. It seems that some very long-serving and experienced staff members have left the spa area. A pity! The new staff members did a good job nonetheless. Overall, there is an impression of increasing cost pressures and a stronger focus on corporate events, which is affecting the quality in some areas."

"Best hotel we have ever been. Really can not find anything negative to tell about this hotel. Perfect location with an amazing view of the Austrian Alps, just 10 minutes with the bus from the beautiful town of Seefeld. Heated swimming indoor and outdoor pool where we comfortably swimmed without feeling cold even at -3 degrees, open until 20:00.Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, helping us with everything we needed any time of the day, and they even prepared us packed lunch as we needed to checkout before the breakfast. They make you feel like home. Rooms very cosy, clean and ideal for a stay in the mountains. We will definitely go back soon."
