"We stayed in a fantastic and beautifull villa on a property which has the potential to become a five star. But there are too many buts. The containment of wildlife, with a vague story behind it, makes it feel uncomfortable. Next to that this place is not run properly. The constant push to tell them when you do what is annoying. The level of service is low and the quality of food was the lowest we experienced in Tanzania. That they don't serve alcohol should be clear before you come here."

"Had a lovely time on the beach tents. The tents are very comfortable, spacious and provide lots of the comforts of a room. The views are spectacular, directly on the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and went well above. The grounds are beautiful, and great to have access to a pool and bikes. I would just flag that the property is spread out and you need to go down a hill to the beach, so with people with mobility challenges that is something to think about but the property could organize a golf cart if needed."

However, there are a few drawbacks: it's quite far off the main road, resulting in a bumpy ride, and there's only one restaurant with a single menu option. The food isn't very flavorful. If you're after a private getaway with minimal activities, no alcohol, and stunning scenery, this place might be just what you're looking for."
