Also, it’s a new branch and wasn’t easy to find on Google Maps. I accidentally booked a motorbike at another branch about 3 km away, which was quite inconvenient. This is something they should update online. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent stay, just a few issues that were a bit frustrating."

"The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was not clean, especially the sink which had stains and hair clogging the drain. Overall, the stay was acceptable, apart from the bathroom and sink issues. Also, having housekeeping knock on the door twice between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM, when guests checked in around 11:00 PM, could disturb their rest. We booked a two-night stay."

"Everything is ok. Near the Dream World theme park for families to take their families on a trip. This hotel is the closest. But unfortunately there is no elevator. And the app didn't inform you that there was no lip service."

If I had gotten the price shown on the app at that time, it would have been even cheaper. It's a shame the price changed unexpectedly.😅 The actual price they quoted was 580 baht, plus a 100 baht deposit. It was confusing that they asked for my card. Normally, when booking through the app, all the details are provided, and the person paying just goes to their chosen room and checks in, not has to deal with paperwork. The room was very clean and fully equipped, just as the reviews said. The staff service was excellent. But I wish the app was a bit more up-to-date so that guests can book more easily and conveniently."

"I came to Rangsit for a meeting, and this was my first time staying here. I was truly impressed with both the welcome and my room. The staff were all so friendly, and the room itself was charming – clean, relaxing, and with a lovely, chilled-out vibe. The staff might get a little tired of me soon though, as I'll be staying for quite a few days! I'll definitely bring some snacks for them later; they're all just so lovely. Loved it! 😍"
