"We love our stay here despite the language barrier we faced with most of frontliner of the hotel. There’s only 1 guy can communicate easily with English but all staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is very new, everything was spotless. Room spacious. We booked the car through the hotel and got cheaper price from them."

Max Boutique Hotel ★★★

📍 117 Vườn Cam, Thuc Phan

"The hotel and the location are fine, the staff fell asleep at breakfast time and we had breakfast 1 hour later than planned and we had to delay our check-out, the next day the same, there was nothing in the dining room, they saw us by chance and started to prepare everything, at check-out time, they checked the rooms and we had to pay for some potatoes that we ate, that's not a problem but my brothers-in-law forgot a Vietnamese hat that was in sight and some underwear and they were not polite enough to take it down to the hall and return it as we were waiting for them to pick us up for 20/30 minutes, just as they saw the potatoes they would see what they forgot but they didn't say anything."

📍 08 Pho Thau, Thuc Phan

"We loved our stay. The owner was very nice and helpful. We did laundry for 30k vdn/kg. Wifi is good, there is qr code to the bus stop going to Ban Gioc waterfall. We could buy 1,5l of water for 15k. Nearby there are many nice cafes and sushi place with delicious and cheap food. The only negative point was lack of daylight in the room but apart from that everything was great!"

Indigen Boutique Hotel Cao Bang ★★★
"The bathroom facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The bed in the room is comfortable, and the pillows and sheets are changed daily for a neat appearance. Basic amenities such as coffee, a hairdryer, and towels are all provided. The front desk manager is very kind, and it is a truly comfortable and excellent hotel. One drawback is that breakfast is not provided. However, this is not the hotel's fault. There are many local restaurants nearby."

La Maison Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"We had a very brief overnight stay after a Ha Giang Motorbike Loop Tour - The room was very clean, the bed was a godsend and the bathroom looks recently renovated - Bottled water and good quality toiletries provided - Helpful and happy staff, they even packed our breakfast to go for a very early morning checkout - Roughly 10 minutes walk to the river Esplanade - Didn't try the roof top bar but the views were excellent - Good value for a quick stay "

CHI’S HOUSE ★★
"The room is very clean and well-furnished. The woman at the reception is very friendly and helpful and even provided us with a secure place for our bicycles. Thanks for that! We felt very comfortable here, had a beautiful view over the river and would definitely recommend the hotel. There are many restaurants right next to the hotel and the market with fresh fruit and vegetables is only a few steps away. We also really liked the laundry service for 30,000 Dong per kilo."

Bao Ngoc Diamond Hotel ★★
"Most impressive housekeeping, everyday room is tidied up with clean white towels changed. Spacious and most comfortable room with windows looking out the quiet street. Though breakfast isn't included convenient stores and eateries are very near . Value for money, room rates are surprisingly low. Really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. Hotelier is very friendly and speaks mandarin. Highly recommended when you visit Cao Bang."

"I stayed in a dormitory room. It was convenient having two bathrooms in an 8-person room. It was clean, and the elderly landlady was kind. Although I only stayed for one night while traveling, it is a place I would like to visit again next time."
