"we had a lovely first couple of days after checking in but it did sadly go down hill from there. The staff began to ignore us in the dining hall, checking on all the tables round us but never coming over to us to see if everything was okay or even if we wanted a drink. i don’t want to assume but i have a feeling it was because we were the only British couple there. The atmosphere did not make us feel the most welcome and comfortable, making us not wanting to leave our room and making us wanting to dine elsewhere after paying for the all inclusive. we understand there is a language barrier but we did try our best to communicate in the local language. However the food was better than most self served style buffets offering a wide range of food."

"I booked with welfare vouchers from 08/23/23 to 08/25/23 they gave us a very nice room, spacious bathroom, shower that leaks a little but very spacious, comfortable hairdryer, comfortable sink, towels supplied are 3 per person . The very spacious room with furniture just behind the door, very comfortable bed with air conditioning kept at 26 degrees day and night, curtains that darken the room perfectly, I recommend keeping them closed to avoid mosquitoes or problems with the heat, mini bar only with water that we didn't use a small and small TV with Italian channels. The girls at the reception are very nice and polite, cleaning staff and room staff very polite and respectful. The breakfast IS A SPECTACULAR, there are cold cuts, eggs, desserts, fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, corn, tarts, butter, jam, Nutella, the juice machine with 3 flavors, very good blood orange. I forgot the convenient thing is that it is the 1 hotel 50 meters from the sea at the beginning of the Torre Pedrera seafront. For the car, the bathroom in front of the hotel provides parking for €5 per day and is located 100 m from the hotel"

"We stayed for three days during Ferragosto. It was a terrible experience, a waste of money. Terrible food; one day for lunch they gave us a basket of dry sandwich bread. The staff was unprofessional, and the room was spotty. The photos show the old management and are not a true reflection of what we found in August."

Despite the modest status, everything was designed for a comfortable rest: rooms are clean, comfortable, there is everything necessary. But the main thing is the care and attention of the staff. Our flight was delayed, and we were allowed to stay until evening without any payment such attitudes are rarely met! Breakfasts were a real pleasure: diverse, delicious, satisfactory. Staff always smiled, helped, creating an atmosphere of comfort and friendship. The hotel itself is old but very comfortable, and only a couple of minutes to the sea 50–100 meters, and you already enjoy the salt air and the noise of waves. This hotel has left only pleasant impressions: here you feel care, attention and calm.
