"A terrible place. Incomplete build-out, yet still advertising as ready and open for business. Terrible customer service. Stayed 3 days, housekeepingbcame once. When an arrangementnwas made for them to return they did not show. Terrible boxed f"food." Television barely works. TV comes on for no reason in the middle of the night. Wi-fi is intermittent. They give tokens for accessing Wi-fi, per device! Stray dogs constantly around the place. Bathroom is filthy and looks as if it harbors disease causing organisms. Mattress is thin, poor quality. A place that should nit even have passed a cursory inspection from any barely competent health authority. Filthy linen. Poorly laundered towels, no extra wash cloths provided."

"My friends and i went on a girls trip to jamaica and we stayed at GC resort, we wanted somewhere that was clean , close to the main town "ocho rios" and affordable, and this resort tick all those boxes. This resort was clean, and very well kept, the room were clean and giving luxury 👌 breakfast was included in our package and the food was on point eveytime,and of coures staff was very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor bar was my favorite spot, we jammed to some music while chatting and laughing with the friendly bartender,she made cocktails i only saw in movies😆 THANK YOU so much GC Resort we had a blast and definitely will be coming back"
