All Inclusive Hotel Sonnenhügel ★★★★

"Beautiful location, friendly, helpful dining room staff and manager, nice balcony overlooking the lake, clean, comfortable room, short walk along the road to a private beach and to the swimming pool across the road. However…....very basic clothes storage, no shelf in shower. 'Personal toiletries' consisted only of a tiny bottle of shower/shampoo wash. No air conditioning in bedroom - our iPhone charger went into charging hold one night due to the excessive room temperature. Breakfast was fine with a good choice on offer, afternoon coffee/tea would have been more enjoyable accompanied with a biscuit! Basic repetitive side dishes and desserts every evening with little thought given to providing tasty vegetarian main dishes. Seemed all too much bother for the elderly owners who were very rude and unwelcoming. In my opinion, not a 4-star hotel, unsatisfactory and definitely not value for money."
