Check-out is required at 10:30 am. If you're just looking for a place to stay near Venice, the overall value for money isn't great."

"HORRID to the point I am still sick from having to take a cold bath/shower, lack of sleep due to paper thin walls ( entertained by next door´s conversation and snoring), awful smells the minute you step in and worst is NO apology, a denial of hot water by owner and finding the car had been moved from inside to a towing spot outside. Will never ever ever trust M.Mrs. S. suggestions. This is not a curated hotel, unless your sense of design, style and decor are grotesque. And disregard the false advertisement of Italian high end soap. Instead find a sad soap bar, and a minimal continental wake up call with a hot drink and a cornetto. Truly the worst experience in my entire travelling journey. A hostel in the tropics has more authenticity and charm than this dark spot. Rudeness, denial and the worst hospitality ever."

"We had to call the number on the door because we arrived at 10 PM. The lady who helped us came to give us the keys and show us the room. It's not bad for an overnight stay. It's right opposite the airport. We'd stay here again."

Proper hospitality, excellent value for money. Very friendly, able to accommodate all our requests (our little one was unwell) and run by the same family since 1969! Excellent base to explore the area, we also had a meal there which was great and good fun. Thank you guys"
