I just recently finished a two week long stay in Hotel Stadt, and I had an absolutely amazing time, and I am hoping to stay there again for future business trips. the location is amazing. I enjoyed taking morning walks along the river, and there were tons of food options in the plaza for whatever I wanted to eat. The room itself was small but comfortable. The windows are surprisingly good at blocking the sound from any late night carousers, and the curtains block streetlights, The complimentary breakfast was really nice; there was always a wide range of hot and cold breakfast foods, and all of the fruit was really fresh. The different types of bread rolls was also impressive, though admittedly my favorite part of the breakfast was the special jams that were served with the bread; these were absolutely delicious. All of this made for a perfectly fine hotel establishment, though perhaps not one that would have urged me to make a review. The real shining star of my stay was the genuine consideration and thoughtfulness of the staff themselves, exemplified in the following ways: 1) as an English speaker in a foreign country I appreciate immensely the staff that worked with me to understand any requests that I had, even when I couldn't explain them in their native language. 2) There is an option with this hotel to request a lunch to be packed for you if you need one. Early on in my stay I did request a lunch, and I requested that plums not be included in it. I don't remember if I specified that it was because I was allergic to them or not. However, I did notice that for the rest of my stay, plums were not included in the fruit salad that was served every morning for breakfast, and instead were served whole on the side, whereas during the first couple of days of my stay plums had been included in pieces in the fruit salad. While I am not entirely sure the plums were removed from the salad because of my request, I do believe that might have been the case, and I appreciate the gesture immensely. 3) The restaurant staff at the Meet & Eat restaurant that is part of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff there are also so welcoming and fun, and contribute to a relaxed, jovial atmosphere. All in all, the family that owns and runs the Hotel Stadt took what could have been a perfectly amenable hotel stay into a 5 star hotel experience that I would be thrilled to be able to experience again in the future, and I wish them all the best moving forward.

Have here a station with a visit to the Bodensee and the island of Mainau. Want to visit the hotel again at any time. Breakfast buffet very good. Had had a 3-fold dinner and were very enjoyed and excited about it. Have excellent taste. Had happiness and could park against the hotel because we were on the ground on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise we have to draw a parking ticket. So we could park free of charge on Saturday afternoon until Monday 9.00. The deep garage costs 15 euros per day. The room was clean and good. Only cherm drops, shower and washing basin right next to the bed. You need to live. Service very good. Shortly after the call at the reception we got a second desired headset. Super.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend stay with our family. The staff were incredibly kind at this family-owned hotel. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony to enjoy as well. The swimming pool and spa area were clean and VERY relaxing with a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy as well. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options- I've never seen our kids so excited for breakfast! The restaurant across the street was a delicious option as well. We also enjoyed the walking trail along the creek too. We look forward to another stay!

The reception was warm and nice, the atmosphere friendly. There were three menus to select which were not all very cheap but it could also be left away individual gangs. Of course I wanted to try everything. Unfortunately, the salad was served directly with nuts and almonds, which I had not seen on the map, but since I am very allergic, it was exchanged directly against one without nuts. The curry soup surprised me because it tasted some acidic and I found it not so suitable to the actual curry taste. The meat was excellent, very delicious, very gentle ... the beans very bitch-fest. The dessert was also supplied with nuts, was not shown on the map, true disgust from me. There was after that, really very sweet thought, a praline as finish .....so Nougat (consisted in nuts), as I couldn't eat, I was brought another, really nice. Overall, the food was good but the menu wouldn't be like that, rather then a la Carte ... would also be much more relaxed for people with allergies. Even with us, the beet was exchanged more often and then exchanged again ... Glass was cleared but not all of us and unfortunately it was a little unrest. I would find it helpful if ingredients were actually marked on the map so that we can talk about what is going on or not, certainly the whole atmosphere is coming. Despite all, all staff were very friendly, premature and kind.
