InnTown ★★★
Voya Hotel and Suites
El Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"To start, the location is good. The view is good. The room is comfy and relaxing but the service of the morning breakfast was bad. Talking about the food also was disgusting. The food came cold : omlette foul balila , and the foul looked really bad like it was crushed up in the kitchen. The plate of the white cheese was water and some of the Halloumi were yellowish . The cup of the cappuccino was really messy. I didn t enjoy it at all in the restaurant. Yesterday at NYE party, we ordered 4 times Edamame and we didn't received in our table. Tho we were the first person entering the party. We still here in the hotel and we called 100 (the reception) ordering a big bottle of water and they came with 2 little bottles. To add that The menu of the hotel restaurant wasn't clear at all. Anddd ATTENTION TO THIS : THE OUTDOOR SITTING OF THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY MESSY AND IT WAS SO COLD!!!! We can't even sit inside to eat. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BOUTIQUE HOTEL I DON'T RECOMMEND THE RESTAURANT At ALLLLLLLLLLLLL. This hotel is made only to sleep. Thank u to make my NyE this bad"

Platinum Hotel ★★★★
"I stayed for a couple of days and they were very accommodating"
Hacienda Forest View Hotel ★★★★
"*The place is planned to be an all inclusive. Too crowded, too isolated undestaffed and overpriced. Paid 368 dollars for BB Not worth it. The hotel is built like a maze. No explanations at the reception. Lots of families with small children. Very disappointing."
Canaan Hotel- Limited Edition by Fattal ★★★★
"The "edition" scent is everywhere and a lovely addition to the lobby and room ambiance. We're here when there are 4 hours of daylight a day, so the fact that the hotel and rooms are very dark only add punctuation to the already dark environment. The harbor room we're in has a gorgeous view of fishing boats and whale watching vessels. Shops, food, sight-seeing all within walking distance, but the streets are quite icy, so beware . . . Love the feel here in the city and in the hotel."
The Setai Bayit Bagalil ★★★★★
"There are thermostats in the rooms, but don’t bother to use them. The room won’t get cooler than 23C (73.4F). They’ll send someone up when you complain, but it’s a waste of time and they know it. It was just too hot to sleep. The pool closes at 5:00, so if you want to swim between sightseeing and dinner, you’re out of luck. We are at the hotel two nights and ate at the hotel both nights. Seems to me the cooks never ate a gracious meal and probably never opened a cookbook. The first night vegetables and meat were drowned in bbq sauce. The second night, a slab of smelly duck along side mashed potatoes, probably the least appetizing dinner I’ve ever seen. I really wanted to like this hotel. I couldn’t."
Ruth Safed by Dan Hotels ★★★★
"We recently spent a long weekend at the Ruth Hotel in Safed. The hotel has a very good vibe, especially over Shabbat. However, there are a lot of little things that did not go well that put a drag on our stay and overall experience. Room - we had a room in the new building. I am not sure if we ordered a room in this building or if we were assigned a room in this section. Either way, the room and building are a bit run down and could benefit from an overdue renovation. "Upgrade" offer - after receiving our room, the front desk contacted us to offer us an upgrade to a room with a balcony. Just out of curiosity, we looked at the room. What the hotel was offering us was a room overlooking a parking lot that also sits on top of a maintenance storage area. This offer we of course declined. Reservations in dinning room - at first, the hotel refused to accept a reservation for dinner on Friday evening. The explanation we received was that they only take reservations from large families or something like this. After involving the hotel manager, we were finally able to make a reservation. Wine bar - we had a bad experience in the hotel's wine bar. The waiter quoted us one price for a bottle of wine and then tried to charge us another price. After again involving the hotel manager, the waiter and wine bar manager apologized to us and corrected our tab. Walking tour - the hotel offers a walking tour of Safed. The tour guide was not much of a tour guide. He only stopped every few minutes to sing a song, which was a really weird experience and a waste of two plus hours."
The Efendi Hotel Akko ★★★★
"This was one of the best long weekend getaways we've ever had. The hotel is phenomenally beautiful, and the staff is amazing—especially the wonderful Elias and the lovely breakfast team. The breakfast is absolutely perfect! Yes, Akko's alleys aren't the cleanest, and stray cats roam the streets, but that's an issue for the municipality to address and is beyond the hotel's control. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. It had been 10 years since our last visit, and we kept asking ourselves—why did we wait so long to come back? "
