"Not the best place to stay Less than basic"

"This is a return visit for us to the Villas at Cupitt's Estate, Ulladulla. We enjoyed our previous stay and the villas did not disappoint us on our return visit. The villa was well presented, very clean and included a breakfast hamper for the first morning, along with complimentary coffees at the restaurant on one morning. We were very happy with the good quality bath towels, and the excellent quality toileties and lotions provided. It was an ideal size for a couple and included a sofa, which we did find a little hard in the cushioning, small kitchenette and fridge, good size TV, dining table, well equipped ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, separate bedroom with hanging space, bathrobes, comfortable bed and good quality bedding. It included a small balcony with two chairs and pleasant views overlooking the adjacent countryside. We noticed a little TLC is required in the garden areas around the villas, with various **** clumps etc. We were welcomed at reception by Jay-Leigh and at check-out, Lyn, who were courteous and friendly to us."

"This motel is excellent value in a very convenient location, close to the town centre. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need. This is my second short stay, this time on my own. The first time was with my family for a stopover as we travelled further south. I’ll definitely be back again next time I’m in the area."

"Horrific service, waited for 30 minutes to finally get into someone to let me in, during business hours! Key barely worked the whole duration, power cut in and out, room wasn’t cleaned during the whole stay, towels changed over once.  Tried to call multiple times to tell them about the power issue and could never get through to anyone!"

"We decided to visit Ulladulla, it had been a few years, and what a great little motel we found. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the reception, the smell and soft music just add to the vibe. Once we completed checkin the reception staff show you to the room and point out all the features, which was greatly appreciated- the rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. We had two nights and wish we booked more - next time. Bonus no children are permitted to stay at the property making it a lovely quite experience."
