"I booked a room through Trip.com and then my flight was canceled due to a big storm, so I was not coming from the west coast to stay there enroute to my final destination. I told them I wouldn't be able to use the room because of my flight being canceled. They refused to refund what I had paid and claimed that I had checked in. Possibly it might have helped if I had kept the notice from the airline that the flight had been canceled, to show them, but I had stopped saving those since I am now on my fourth re-do of my flights for this trip. I have no idea what the facilities are like, but my review will not be accepted without rating them, so I am choosing something in the middle just to submit the review so that others are warned that there is likely no refund if you cancel."

"Hotel boasts a fantastic location, right across from a public transportation station, making it super convenient for getting around. However, the hotel doesn’t offer parking, which can be a bit tricky for those driving, and we ended up paying $14 for overnight parking. The cleanliness was quite good, and the staff was very accommodating, especially when we requested hypoallergenic bedding for a friend with allergies."
