"The hotel has extremely spacious and comfortable rooms, which is a major plus. The beds are also excellent, providing a great night's rest. However, the bathroom left something to be desired: the shower has unexpected temperature variations (it heats up and cools down on its own, out of nowhere), which can be quite annoying. The breakfast is satisfactory, but nothing special, as is the dinner, which was only average. The Wi-Fi had connection problems and could be improved. On the other hand, the staff are very attentive and helpful, ensuring good service. Overall, the hotel meets basic needs, but there is room for improvement."

"The location on the trip.com map was incorrect. I arrived in Uyuni by bus just after 9pm. I had to find the hotel without internet access. With the help of a local, I managed to check in. The receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. The door was poorly fitted, making it difficult to open and close, and the shared bathroom could not be locked from the inside, which was inconvenient. I paid 137 boli per night (single room with shared bathroom) in cash on site."

"The hotel is quite well-maintained and nice. The staff is very inefficient. I asked for more towels and they refused, explaining why I never received them. We also asked if they could lend us an iron, and they refused that too. There's no laundry service, at least that's what the waiters told me. The restaurant is okay, but they need to improve hygiene; it smells terrible. The waiters and the reception area of ​​the restaurant smell awful."
