"The hotel is newer, less decorated than others, but the rooms are functional. However, the cleanliness of the rooms needs significant improvement. For example, in the wrestling area, the windows, walls, and shower screen had hair on them. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and there was excessive dust under the bed and furniture. The restaurant was very disappointing; the breakfast was cold, and the waiters showed no willingness to help. The coffee was also very cold. The receptionists provided excellent explanations, but their only complaint was that they couldn't explain how to get to the attractions of the Uyuni Salt Flats. But compared to the Rosario del Lago hotel, this one is much better."

"The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was nice, but it took some time to get hot water. The front desk was mostly helpful. It’s a bit of a misnomer to be called a Restobar, as there’s an indication of a restaurant. There is no restaurant: breakfast is served, but no other meals. All that said, I would recommend this accommodation to someone traveling to Uyuni."

We also asked if they could lend us an iron, and they refused that too. There's no laundry service, at least that's what the waiters told me. The restaurant is okay, but they need to improve hygiene; it smells terrible. The waiters and the reception area of ​​the restaurant smell awful."

"I stayed for two nights for the salt desert tour. It is by far the most luxurious hotel among the accommodations in Uyuni, which means it is a bit expensive. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, the rooms are decent, and the breakfast is good. However, perhaps because there aren't many rooms, it is difficult to get early check-in or late check-out services. Also, the hot and cold water cannot be adjusted, so showering is a bit inconvenient."

"After a three-day, two-night trip to Uyuni, I planned to rest at this hotel, but the experience was terrible and I would never recommend it. The driver dropped me off at the hotel, but the door was locked. No one answered the doorbell or knocking. The driver also tried calling the hotel's registered phone number, but no one answered. There was no 24-hour front desk, and staff were only on duty briefly. There were no shops around the hotel, and Uyuni has a poor security record. I was extremely uneasy waiting on the street with a lot of luggage, feeling unsafe. Thanks to the help of a carpenter next door, who knocked multiple times and contacted the staff privately, I was finally able to check in after several hours. Upon checking in, I found the hotel practically empty; I was the only guest during my stay. The room was cramped, had no hot water, and the facilities were extremely poor. The breakfast was terrible; it was just reheated leftovers from the previous day, resulting in poor hygiene and a terrible experience. I only stayed a few days because I had too much luggage and didn't want the hassle. Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant and a major disappointment. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi."
