"The hotel's breakfast was delicious; it was one of the more Asian-friendly options among the typical European hotels. The place definitely has a vintage feel, but the rooms were exceptionally clean."

"When I booked, Trip.com showed Hilton as the closest, but I found out at the airport that Clarion was actually the closest, right within the airport itself. For Hilton, I would have had to push my luggage hundreds of meters outdoors in -10 degree weather, which was really inconvenient, and their front desk was tiny. Plus, it was more expensive than Clarion. However, when I searched for Clarion, Trip.com showed the one further away, which required a bus ride – I almost fell for it! I only found out from other reviews that there are actually two Clarion hotels."

"Located in the middle of the train line from Helsinki Airport to the city, it only takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport and the city. After getting off the train, you can take multiple buses for free to the hotel entrance, and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk. There are trains running at 12 o'clock in the evening, which is very cost-effective."

"Door codes work like they should. When we go inside there starts welcomig music and screen says welcome. Entrance, kitchen, livingroom, bathrooms are spacious and clean. Our room also was clean and there was enough room for three people, 2 adults and 1 children. Hotel is located in peaceful area, so we get good sleep even the window was open."

"The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Just turn left out from the door of the restricted area. Walk along the passageway until you reach the lift and staircas leading down to the basement. The few minutes walk is all indoor, so you don't even need to hand carrying the water jacket with you. The first stop of the hotel is a self check-in iPad station. Yet, the actual check-in counter is in the bar next to it; which they called it a Barception. The room is tiny. It might be difficult for 2 persons to share their twins room. The bathroom is tiny, too. It might again be difficult for an adult man to take a shower in that diamond shape shower room (because one of the corners was cut to free up space). Only all in one shower and hair washing liquid is available."

"The breakfast is rich, there is a shopping mall downstairs, and it is very close to the airport, which is convenient. It costs 19 yuan to take a taxi from the airport, and 25 yuan from the hotel to the airport. For some reason, they are all fixed prices. There are many places to eat, all kinds of buffs, the price is not expensive, 15 to 20, much more delicious than at the airport. Unfortunately there is no shuttle service."

"The location is 230M walk outside the airport. As the snow on the pavement can be deep. It will make this short walk a bit difficult. The check-in, luggage storage, and check out services were all efficiently arranged. The room is reasonably specious. Amenities are basic. There are a 2 in 1 shampoo+body wash, and a conditioner. There was a hair dryer but no kettle.food choices in the buffet breakfast were reasonably rich. As an airport hotel, it has a checkin kiosk in the lobby."

"Stayed at Scandic Helsinki Aviapolis, a convenient airport hotel near Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Overall, it was a good stay, ideal for transit travelers and short visits. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service running every 20–30 minutes. It is also within walking distance of Aviapolis train station (about 15 minutes), making it easy to reach Helsinki city center. A major plus is the Jumbo Shopping Mall nearby, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store—perfect for those needing last-minute essentials or an alternative dining option. The room was clean, modern, and functional, featuring comfortable bedding, a work desk, and a well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower and essential toiletries. The breakfast buffet starts at 6 AM, offering a great selection of fresh bread, cold cuts, hot dishes, and Finnish specialties. For those with super early flights, a light breakfast is available from 4 AM. Due to time constraints - I briefly checked out the gym and sauna in the basement which appeared well-maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The overall atmosphere is modern and practical, making it a great choice for travelers catching an early flight or needing a short, comfortable stay near the airport."
