It could have turned fatal, and the staff showed zero urgency or responsibility. We changed rooms three times because the ACs didn’t work. The last room was next to a generator — the noise was unbearable. No laundry service either. This place is a complete disaster — zero safety, zero maintenance, zero management. Should be shut down until they fix these life-threatening issues."
