"This is a very pleasant and airy hotel with efficient staff, a decent car-park and a high level of cleanliness. It has a very popular outdoor swimming pool and also offers some spa services. Breakfast was superb. The hotel is also close enough to the town that you can easily walk to the market, church and castle which are some of the highlights. The Le Rabelais restaurant was outstanding - we had a truly excellent and very reasonably-priced meal on the Friday on their lovely terrace with friendly and attentive service and some delicious local wines. Would stay here again."

"Fantastic hotel ideally placed next to the castle in Noirmoutier. All the facilities are top notch and the staff cannot do enough for you. Special mention to Julien who helped us with the finer details of our trip. Rooms are nicely decorated and the pool is a welcome, tranquil place to while away a sunny hour or two. Some great restuarants around as the hotel does not have a dinner restuarant. Parking available reserved adjacent to the hotel. Superb"

"No coat rack in the room, no place to put suitcases etc... Radiator heating stinks, a big burning smell pfff!!!"

"Not recommended for families or couples. It's an 8 square meter simple room with a toilet that can't be turned around. The bed is terrible. The area is desolate and there is nothing. It's not as good as a youth hostel. They totally disregarded the guests' feelings and mowed the lawn early in the morning, which was very noisy."
