"Staff very attentive nothing too much trouble, room was lovely with great views, hotel really made our holiday experience great, only a few minutes walk from Diable lift or hotel shuttle, we used spa every day after ski which was welcome, food good we had half board set menu but staff made a change if we didn’t like 1 of the courses, we will return."

"My stay at Hotel Ibiza Les Deux Alpes was a major disappointment, and I struggle to understand how it has received such positive reviews online. The problems began with the room itself—our door handle broke off shortly after arrival, leaving us unable to secure the room. Despite reporting it right away, it took over 24 hours to fix, which was inconvenient and concerning. Cleanliness was another glaring issue. The pillows and bedding were in a shocking state, with visible blood stains and heavy discoloration, making the room feel unhygienic and unpleasant. The food was equally disappointing. It was consistently served cold and lacked any real quality. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend eating elsewhere. The spa facilities were also subpar, with a cold jacuzzi that made it impossible to enjoy. The only saving grace was the reliable transfer service to the Jandri lift. Overall, the hotel falls far below the standards it advertises. The photos online are misleading, and the reality is not up to scratch. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Cosy, friendly, relaxing, and convenient. I booked with Les Flocons on their website and got a great price. Dealing with the hotel online in advance via email and WhatsApp was easy and stress free. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly reception staff who showed me to my room and gave me instructions about breakfast and the ski lockers. A great range of breakfast and afternoon tea options were available every day of the week. The environment and atmosphere at the hotel was so chilled out and relaxing, with a really comfortable lounge area with pool table and games. Wi-Fi was fast, and the modern TVs in the room had chromecast and Netflix built in (with your own account). The hotel is situated in the heart of town, 10 mins from the Diable chair lift and 10 mins from Super Venosc, giving easy access to the main mountain and Vallée Blanche areas. My friends and I had an excellent week at Les Flocons, many thanks to the hardworking staff."

"Apartment was ready despite early check in. Clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Reception staff were friendly and tolerated well my rusty French. We appreciated the lovely welcome from Lucky too! It was a bit noisy at the back of the building as it seemed to be the route home from the nightclub nearby but wouldn't put us off returning. Not that bad I considered asking to change room Ideal location for the 'Diable' lift and easy skiing back down at the end of the day. Pool was warm and very clean. Free WiFi worked perfectly. Will stay again☺️"
