"Prim Hotel Vichayito was above and beyond our expectations. Carlos is so friendly and informative and treats guests like family - nothing is ever a problem! The rest of the staff are so lovely and welcoming as well. The room is beautiful and modern with air conditioning that works really well. The pool are is lovely and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The market below is really convenient and has everything you need for a beach holiday! I would 10000% return and we even extended our trip a few days because we loved the hotel so much!!"

"Extremely happy with this experience. Literally no complaints. The staff were amazing and like extensions of my own family. Traveled with a 14, 11 and 8 year old for a family getaway. Franco gets a special shout out for always being attentive, remembering the little things my kids would ask for and always bring me picante. Carla did a little of everything with enthusiasm and happiness and also carried the karaoke night (we weren't brave enough to participate). But all jokes aside, we did not leave the property after arriving. We ate multiple meals at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and were never tired of the options and always happy with something new on the menu. Lunch by the pool happened every day. The private beach was perfect, quiet, exactly what we needed. The bungalow was comfortable, cool and there were no issues with pests. Beds comfortable. Plenty of seating. Table. Refrigerator. AC worked well. Bathrooms with space and hot water, great pressure. We had a family bungalow and it was more than enough space. The outdoor seating options were great for games and sunscreen application. Be prepared for that bumpy dirt road drive in and out and a long drive from the airport but well worth it. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was fine, but the room was missing a lot of things. There's no iron (they offer an ironing service, but it's quite expensive per item), no hairdryer, and no air conditioning in the room I was assigned. I feel these are basic amenities that a hotel of this type should have, and which I've always found in every other hotel I've visited around the world."

"We booked this hotel,at the last minute for 4 nights. When checking in they offered us a choice of rooms. It was a fast check in with a view of the ocean. The room was clean and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about. There was an awesome restaurant just beside this hotel, with a walk up a hill. Well worth the walk up the steep hill. If you are planning on staying here, have a good book with you. The wifi service was weak, we went to the reception to use the internet. If you need access to the internet 24/7 it is probably not for you, if you want quiet beaches and tranquility then this is the place. It a 20 minute tuktuk drive to Mancora. I loved this place, my partner was a bit reluctant to, thinking that there was not enough stir but he came around after a while. The staff were friendly and helpful, with limited English. I loved the sound of the ocean while sleeping."
