"This room smells like wood in a really old building. It's friendly, clean, and conveniently located in a downtown alley. If you prefer something sophisticated, you might not like it. However, considering the historical perspective of Vegan City, it could be a very good experience. However, the parking is far away, and the restaurant is poor. I recommend eating out."

"Stayed here for 5 days, It would almost be the best hotel around there in Vigan that is within walking distance to Calle Crisologo. The Hotel is very intimate and not too overwhelmingly large, that you'd feel comfortable to walk around. It feels like you're in a better boarding house which I like. The only thing that needs improvement overall is the mobile phone signal. The walls are so thick due to a mandatory architectural preservation that cellular phone signals cannot reach the room. If you're on a business trip that communication is of outmost importance, this would not be the hotel for you, but would be if you're in for leisure. Would return 10/10"

A budget friendly choice for tourists with an old world feel with its classic wooden furnitures. Price per night is budget friendly and comes with a free breakfast. The night before they rang us and asked for our preferred breakfast choices available. Staff were all nice and they are very responsive to queries even online. They have a parking for maybe 10-12 cars and also a swimming pool which looks clean. Room is simple and okay for few nights stay. the only thumbs down is the not so clean pail in the comfort room."

"We were so astounded of the ancestral heritage atmosphere of Cordillera Inn. It’s a way of living in the past and we felt like we belong there. The Filipino food was great. The ambiance of the room & dining room are full of architectural Spanish style and the details. Along the street of Crisologo, you can hear the people strolling & the sound of the kalesas. There are so many things to do, you can buy at the vendors, have coffee @ Starbucks, walking distance, and choose your preferred restaurants. Overall, we feel happy, serene and the satisfaction of staying there at this hotel. The pickup/ transfer to Vigan city was excellent!. Lito, our driver was right on time when we landed in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte at the very early wee hour of the morning. Our tour guide, Albert was sooo knowledgeable of the Vigan history. He was the best we ever had experienced. Our whole experience was one of the best vacations we ever had. Thanks soooo much for a once in a lifetime experience! ♥️♥️♥️"

"The accommodation embodies the essence of a traditional Spanish house, and our desire to experience the old Philippines is what draws us to Vigan. As a restaurateur, I find it particularly disheartening to wake up and discover that breakfast is “managed.” After years in the industry, I know that in some cultures, this approach can be quite insulting. Guests should either have their meals plated with options or enjoy a true buffet experience, rather than having their choices restricted to a single spoonful of meat or rice, or just a couple of small pieces of longganisa. Mornings are crucial for setting the tone for the day, and starting off on a negative note can spoil the rest of it, even if just for a while. We’ve encountered this frustrating situation two mornings in a row, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Additionally, the staff has been unfriendly, and there seems to be a lack of hotel-quality discipline and finesse. This hotel is only managed by caretaker who has not got a clue. The caretaker is lovely."

"We booked the 10 bunk beds dormitory type. Pros: -Near Calle Crisologo Cons: -No elevator. Not friendly for seniors or PWD, because you need to manually go upstairs considering that they have steep stairs. -Not kid-friendly. The doorknob was not functioning properly. My kid was trapped inside the bathroom. We needed to call them several times for rescue. -Aircon was not functioning properly. Soooooooo hooooooot!!!! -We were so stressed with their parking. We wanted to go out with our van, but we needed to wait 30-45 mins because the drivers who blocked our car cannot be located. -They served plated breakfast, but the staff was not listening properly and she gave us wrong orders or combination. -Lots of mosquitoes!!"

"I review to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay in this hotel. I booked a Family Room for 3 adults and 2 children, paying ₱6,500 plus an additional ₱750 for the extra child. Upon check-in, we found the room (Loft Type with 2 double beds and 1 king bed) to be inadequately cleaned, with evidence of previous occupancy (e.g., a rubber band in the shower). Despite leaving the air conditioning on for 3 hours, the room remained uncomfortably warm. When reported to the front desk staff, the issue was not adequately addressed. Our stay was further marred by: 1. *Dust-related health issues*: My husband experienced coughing and sneezing due to dusty beds, while I and our children suffered rashes and bites. 2. *Subpar breakfast*: Cold, unappetizing food and inedible rice. 3. Poor customer service. Considering the premium price, I expect better cleanliness, amenities and service. Our experience was unacceptable and not worth the expense. I strongly advise against recommending Regency Vigan Hotel. M"
