"I booked a one-night stay starting on July 11 through Trip.com. The booking clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed me that the hotel had discontinued its breakfast service about two months ago. As a result, no breakfast was available despite what was advertised on my reservation. Because I relied on the information provided by Trip.com, my family did not prepare or purchase breakfast in advance, which caused significant inconvenience and negatively affected our trip. I request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inaccurate information provided in the booking listing. I can provide screenshots of the reservation showing that breakfast was included, as well as confirmation from the hotel staff if needed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter."
