"We were there two nights. Location: good, just be the park with view of a water hole. Very nice. Venue: hotel was clean, spacious. Pool areas were nice: a smaller one with view to the park and a larger one besides a restaurant. Nice overall. Room: nice view out towards the park. Clean and wifi working. No AC though but it worked out fine with opening the window slides at night with the cool air coming in (yes they have a mosquito net) Now to the bad part: the food. It simply wasn’t good. We tried the buffé that cost 35 (!) USD. It hade some selection but unfortunately it was not worth that money at all. Then we took the lunch box for the game drive for 30 (!) dollars. That was much worse still. Dry Chicken and dry bread with some fruits etc. Simply not acceptable, which I told the staff. The pizza-restaurant had an acceptable pizza and hamburger, but not great. Better to take that option though since it’s Much cheaper than the buffé. Breakfast was ok, you could get a fresh omelet at least. Service: very nice, kind and service minded staff. Game drive: nice park and game drive. Our driver Ruben was nice and helpful. We saw lions, elephants and almost everything else except Leopard and buffalo. All in all good, but the food situation at the place degrades the overall rating."

"Sorry, I would have rated it better.. but we had already been here about ten years ago, and the location has been badly renovated. Be careful, the staff is always available and very kind, the food is good, and they also made a nice pool where you can go for a swim. They are also connected to the Voi Wildlife Lodge, where you can go for a drink with a short walk, have dinner directly there, or simply go and see the animals that go to drink at the pool. The bad thing is that the Voi Wildlife is a real eyesore, a real sore thumb, and the Manyatta has been renovated by replacing the makuti with plastic or closing the restaurant area with useless metal frames, which are of no use and also hold back flies and insects that accumulate on the floor. The semi-tented accommodations are very neglected, in December it is still the rainy season and the water with the wind comes in everywhere, wetting luggage and clothes. Despite the size of the room, the narrow toilet looks like the one in a motorway service station. In short, the beauty of being right inside the park, but the houses are really too neglected and very uncomfortable. To improve PS - A big plus could be represented by the proximity to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, the organization that takes care of rehabilitating elephants and reintroducing them into nature is located just a stone's throw away, and can be visited by contributing with the adoption of a cub with a small contribution. An experience that alone is worth the whole trip."

"The establishment really looky classy -with respect to the location. I will give them that Pathetic customer service at their bar. The staff are slow asf. Nice food but I got some human hair inside. No action was taken. Not even an apology was given. Maybe twas my mistake that I found it😡"
