"A gigantic hotel with 301 rooms. We had a room rather high up so we had to climb MANY stairs and a steep hill to get to and from our room. There was an escalator but it didn’t always work.. The room was spacious and had a gorgeous view. Small beach and pool area so we suspect it will be awfully crowded in the summer. We had many dinners at the hotel and were really annoyed by the noisy atmosphere and scraping of chairs. It can’t be that hard to install something to reduce the noise! Ok food though. Nice staff but we still don’t want to come back!"

"Very nice, and quiet in September. Area is quite hilly and getting our suitcase from reception to our room was quite a struggle. The buffet restaurant is very good though a bit repetitive. The pool area is lovely and clean and the sea is crystal clear though it’s rocky, so swim shoes are required. Easy walk into Vrsar town with a good selection of bars and restaurants."

"Terrible. The rooms and bathrooms are dated and not clean. The smell of stale, smoke-filled rooms lingers. I didn't dare look at the mattresses; I slept on the towels. There's no air conditioning, and the windows are peeling. The breakfast was good, but the view of the hotel is degrading. Not recommended."

"A beautifully situated hotel with a large swimming pool. However, the rooms and balcony shutters clearly indicate that this chic hotel could use a renovation. The staff is, without exception, very friendly and helpful. A fantastic breakfast buffet, with the option of having breakfast on the terrace. For a small additional fee, you could also enjoy an extensive dinner buffet. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a premier room with a sea view. Because the pine trees have grown over the years, you can see the sea through the branches. An added bonus is that the heat on the balcony is filtered by the branches. A problem with the malfunctioning air conditioning was resolved early the next morning by a technician after we reported it. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return."
