"The staff were very friendly. The owner was not at all friendly; despite all the problems we experienced during our stay, we didn't receive a single apology from him. The room desperately needs a major renovation. There was no heating and the water was practically cold. The bathroom was practically nonexistent, and the jetted tub was in a corner of the room, but we couldn't use it because the drain plug wouldn't close. The curtains were filthy. The bedding was of very poor quality. The restaurant was very good, but the service was disorganized. The wellness area was nice, but the jacuzzi was cold, and there was a foul odor coming from the pool drains. I do not recommend this establishment and will not be returning."

"A lovely hotel with friendly staff and fantastic cuisine! A variety of menus, places to sit, eat and drink. Comfortable bedrooms but with no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was super. Quite a qwerky place to stay with all the steps here and there!! So do tread carefully!"

"We spent one night at this hotel. The facilities and amenities are truly extraordinary: beautiful equipment, a pleasant atmosphere, and a superb location. The rooms were also nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff, on the whole, were very friendly and helpful. However, several points are problematic considering the price paid. The food was rather mediocre, lacking any real gourmet quality, with limited portions on the menu. Nothing catastrophic, but clearly not up to expectations for this type of establishment. The owner, for his part, seemed rather unfriendly and unwelcoming, which contrasts with the positive attitude of the rest of the staff. In the end, despite the hotel's obvious qualities, the value for money doesn't seem justified. We paid €565 for a room with dinner for two and lunch for two, and the overall experience did not correspond to the price."

"Easy to find in a small village fairly close to Spa. The hotel is quite small and has a lovely restaurant, which serves lovely food and is quite popular with the locals. The rooms are very large, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff speak good English and are very friendly. This is a great place to stay to explore Spa and the surrounding area."
