"As we had a glowworm cave tour booked, we decided to stay overnight in Waitomo. The guesthouse was ideally located, with a great restaurant just around the corner, which made dinner very convenient. We stayed in room 40, and the bedroom came with an electric heater. Free parking was also available."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hostel. The staff were very friendly and gave us a thorough introduction to the hostel, including its lovely animal residents, like baby lambs, deer, pig, and horse. A highlight of my stay was the chance to feed the baby lamb, which was a truly memorable experience! The facilities are basic, but everything is in good working order and covers the essentials. The bedding was clean, and they provided a clear wall guide on how to set it up, which was helpful and a nice touch. Overall, it was a cozy, enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others!"

"A very nice place. Hosts Richie and Lynn were friendly and helpful. The location is a stone’s throw from Waitomo caves and there are three places to eat within walking distance. It’s quiet and cozy. Netflix on the TV was welcomed on a rainy evening. The breakfast was welcomed as well."
