"The hotel I chose to attend the Raleigh Spring Music Festival, I stayed for two nights! Hilton Hotel maintains its unique, luxurious, standardized, iconic decoration style and material selection standards, making people feel cozy and comfortable. The hotel bedding, bathing facilities, cleanliness and comfort are beyond expectations! The hotel's service is also very thoughtful and meticulous, providing the best service without disturbing customers too much! However, the price of the hotel booked this time is much more expensive than usual, because the music festival held in Raleigh Central Park is too attractive, and there are too many travelers (audiences) coming to Raleigh! Be sure to book a hotel more in advance in the future! (Time is tight, I forgot to take pictures)."

"When we walked in hotel nobody was there and we waited for more than 10 minutes someone showed up to check in us. After we checked in find out elevator was broken we have to carry all the luggage from outside stairs in cold weather. When we need to take the shower the time find out there’s no hot water only lukewarm water have to give up shower until second morning hot water comes back. Room TV remote control button was missing can’t be used. Room phone disconnected and can’t call front desk. Never go back again"
