"Only 1 light out of 2 worked in the bathroom. No soap in the dispensers x2, just a single small tube of shampoo/body wash. No slip mat in the bathroom, could be requested but you would have to go to main reception to request this. Why not just provide this?"

"Pepe and family arrived at the lodge for travel on the motorway and we were immediately suspicious as a past experience of trauma lingered upon us a fella at reception was nice and told us where to abode and so we went within 2 milliseconds of being in the room Keef let off a Hiroshima sized bomb in the poor defenceless toilet and bean was disgusted Claire Keef and Bean had hot chocolate but Pepe accidentally schlaft in his clothes but later did change the sleep was good but no sleep is like home sleep according to Claire who beat Pepe we would stay here again"

"Was charged twice for the room and when trip.com contacted the hotel they weren’t helpful. After the issue was resolved by trip . com once i checked in there was no kind of apology which was disappointing as I’d been charged almost 200 pounds. Trip . Com however were very helpful and resolved my issue."
