"We cannot rate this hotel any higher! It would be more than 5 if we could, They could not have been more accommodating. Nathalie is the best. She was so helpful, brilliant and professional. London level maitre d service throughout. It was amazing from the very first email to the end of our stay. We were a large group and she ensured we had everything we needed. She could not have done more. The hotel was immaculate, great location, atmosphere and peaceful. A wonderful little find. We could not have had a more wonderful stay. Thank you, from all of us."
