Her warmth, hospitality and personal attention made us feel genuinely welcome. The guesthouse is beautifully maintained, exceptionally neat and comfortable. "Absolutely first class trip that I could not fault in any way. I don’t tend to do many reviews and only do when reality exceeds expectations. The safari tents were welcoming and were a great experience. The food at every meal was lovely and the way it was beautifully presented was as good as anywhere I’ve dined. I’m already missing my full South African breakfast in the morning. The bush dinner was a wonderful experience, as was the horse and quad bike safaris. What absolutely defines the Safari Plains however are the people that work there. They were always smiling and very welcoming down to the last one, even in the early hours of the morning for the safaris. Particular thanks go to KT who was our guide on every trip, his enthusiasm was infectious particularly notable when he spotted the pack of wild dogs. Thanks also go to Michaela who taught our group a lot about the night sky, even on a slightly cloudy night on the stargazing evening. Thank you Safari Plains for a truly memorable experience."
