"The room was clean and comfortable and the help from receptionists Margaret and Shannon was superb ! The accessible room wasn't available so they carried my bags to and from my room to help, which made a huge difference for me. Both ladies had a smile on their faces too - thank you ."

"We stayed as a group of 8 friends after a day at Wincanton races. We’re so glad we found this cosy little hideaway. If anyone is looking for a blueprint of a country pub with rooms then this is it!! The staff are so warm and welcoming, the pub offers a great selection of beer, food and cocktails and the rooms above are so well thought through. We now want to try out the other 5 pubs in the Chickpea collection."
