"Loudest bed. Thinnest walls and rudest housekeeping staff. Everyone you rolled over the bed made noises. We could hear every word and cough from our neighbors and people in the hall. Check out day-the housekeeping staff knocked on our door and came in at 8am. Check out is 12. No apologies either for waking us up so early. The bartender at the hotel bistro was very nice."

During this most recent trip, Mia provided us excellent customer service by helping us fix a reservation that we messed up. She went above and beyond to give us great service! We will stay here every time we come to Bowling Green. The rooms are very spacious and clean."

"We were making a 13 hour trip and this was our half way stop. It was easy to get to from the highway. I called ahead and let them know that we may be late due to car issues- very understanding. The room was delightful. Very clean and comfortable- there were a few little things but a few minutes of maintenance would make a difference - but didn’t affect us. The fresh waffles were a great breakfast send off. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you."
