It is quiet in the neighborhood, there are many marts around, there are gas stations and banks (travellog fees) right across the street from the hotel, and there is a free parking facility in the basement. Because it's an unmanned system, check-in and check-out are also made of machines, and the disadvantage is that it's hard to get help because the staff can't see it."
