"Terrible hospitality and a terrible welcome. After booking and paying for the room on your website, I received a request from the hotel to pay for sheets and towels or else I had to bring my own. I paid €39.95. I had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late that evening due to my flight to Brussels, and they kindly left my room key in a key safe. Unfortunately, with strong rain and wind at 10 pm, I spent over an hour trying to open the key safe, but the code they sent me was incorrect. I found another key safe, and the code worked, but the key was missing. I had breakfast included in the room, and I was asked to pay for the only two breakfasts I had, but I refused, showing my reservation. Now I have received an email from the hotel asking me to pay the tourist tax for two people, even though I was the only guest."
