"Great value for money and friendly staff. The location is handy and there's a Greggs and Starbucks nearby. It's not a beautiful location (near the dual carriageway) but convenient and very good value."

"We regularly stay at Premier Inn Whitstable. Its location is good and is on the bus route. As my partner is disabled we value the accessible rooms. Whilst the rooms are looking a little tired they are kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast is great . The staff are always very helpful particularly I’d like to thank the boss and Shefia who I have to say was very helpful to us during our most recent stay."
