"Excellent service and a peaceful, uncrowded hotel. However, it’s about a 15-minute drive from the main shopping precinct, so it’s not ideal if you want to walk to the beach or dining spots. There’s a casino and a small selection of restaurants and a café nearby, though dining choices are limited."

"Hotel is walking distance to the beach, plaza, children park. But it’s very old and needs urgent renovation. The room was spacious, clean and beds were fine. The bathroom was clean but have very old fittings. Shower taps were very hard to turn on, knobs were falling off in doing so and took us a while to operate and when we managed to turn that in, it started making very loud noise. Bath tub is small. Some of the ceiling cornice were falling off from the bathroom. There wasn’t any microwave in the room, bar refrigerator is an old model frost ones, the hairdryer was an ancient one, making loud noise and the other side of the hairdryer was broken. It was a bit unsafe to use. No tissue box, bin was available either."

"The reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were all super friendly and very helpful with tips on where to park and what was good to eat and drink. The Urban King room we booked was very clean, roomy and modern with a luxurious King size bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, plantation shutters, a balcony, free standing bathtub and large shower that had excellent water pressure 😃. This was a superb hotel with everything you need at your fingertips."

"We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and we liked the spacious environment and with excellent swimming pools and sauna room. They provided buffet breakfast with fresh juice you can make at your choice. We had an issue of leftover a personal stuff at the apartment and the customer service deck helped to mail back to us without hesitation. This was a very pleasant experience and will book again definitely."

"Location is very good, but everything else is a bit lacking. Killed two cockroaches…was fun. Spent 30mins to use the stove… and the attitude from the  reception was very different depending on the date. Check in was very smooth while checking out feeling like I am owning money to the hotel."

"I stayed for two nights, and the first night was perfect. On the second day, the temperature hit 39 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Since there were no screens on the windows, we couldn't open them to keep the numerous flies out. The maintenance staff couldn't fix the AC and just gave us four fans. Then we discovered the dishwasher wasn't working either, so I had to handwash a huge pile of pots and pans, sweating profusely in the heat. However, the hotel staff were incredibly polite and apologized for not being able to move us to another room, offering complimentary breakfast instead. I would still consider staying here again if I have the chance."
