"About the hotel, let’s just say it is the kind that make you go “wow”. Both dinner and breakfast were downright extraordinary. Our waiter, Sergio seemed to know as much about every dish as if he’d cooked it himself. Credit where credit is due: the desert was worth getting overexcited about. "Disappointed, I read the reviews, parked in the harbour and ubered to the restaurant. Slow service initially followed by a guacomole starter shared with my wife, it was ok. Followed by a main course of lamb, corderos en cous cous it was fatty, chewy, tasteless and watery, left some chewy fatty bits. My family had other delights that left a lot to be desired, 5 of us, decided to avoid the desserts as they only ha three of the five and left quietly with a 320 euro bill and an unsatisfactory feeling. We ubered back to the boat and collected pizzas on the way back. Overall I cannot recommend this establishment."

"A little Spanish gem!!! It’s like an upmarket motel outside of town, only 10 minute drive into Javea. Great size room with private terrace and huge bed which was really comfy. Tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom quite small but functional and nice pool with lots of sun beds and loungers!!!"

"Have been coming to Xabia for years but somehow haven’t been here before , this is the best bar we have been to in Xabia, excellent friendly service , drinks are great value and the cocktails are really good. We didn’t eat so can’t comment on the food Great music being played while we were there , we sat outside in a picturesque setting. They have live music on Friday evenings. The bar inside is cosy but nice and cool with the air conditioning. looking forward to coming back soon"

"Stayed here for 2 nights and really loved the hotel . Arrived late evening. Received a call from Jaime on way down to make sure we were still coming . Asked if we wanted to eat , and said he would keep the kitchen open to accommodate. Jaime welcomed us and his enthusiasm for the Nomad is amazing . Dropped bags then had a fantastic meal . The hotel decor is really cool and well thought out . Sea view rooms are worth it just for the view !!….Staff are so polite and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"In the first meal and the following ones I could see that the food was terrible, there was no alternative for people who eat a soft diet. At all lunches and dinners there was a lot of frying, batters and sauces on meats and fish. I caught gastroenteritis and when I went to the hotel doctor there were many other people with this problem, and we couldn't tell if it was caused by the food. The fact is that, two days later, in the self-service dining room there was no alternative to a boiled vegetable and a grilled fish or meat, only fried food, so I spent three days eating yogurt. They do not eat a balanced diet taking into account that the majority of people are quite old Bad, very bad, terrible"

The staff are warm, efficient and very professional . the quality of the food and beverage services is outstanding . The breakfast menu was a revelation and served with excellent timing with no need to get up and go to the buffet every five minutes . The pool area is clean and very comfortable with a beautiful pool which we enjoyed all day . I cannot wait to go back ."

"The Beach House is located in the port area of Javea, a lovely part of town with a relaxed vibe. Our stay was Sept 11-15 and the weather could not have been better. We had to go to the hotel for access to our room and the staff was courteous, helpful and professional at all times. The room was on the small side but for two people it was all we really needed. Our window opened to an inviting view of the sea setting the tone for our stay. The room was clean and bathroom adequate. Plenty of restaurants and stores dot the area and there is even a cinema! If ever in Javea again I would definitely stay at the Beach House again."
