"This was my first time staying at the Lavande Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The environment was lovely from the moment I entered, and the parking lot was spacious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even offered me a bottle of water. The room was spotless and pleasantly scented, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied and will definitely stay here again."

"1. The hotel is very old, with decor that's over ten years old. Hygiene is poor; the bathroom lacks an exhaust fan, and the floor is constantly wet after a shower. 2. The toiletries are extremely poor. Since I was staying alone, they only provided one toothbrush. I brought my own, but no toothpaste. The towels were yellowed and frayed; I always use my own. 3. The hotel charges for tissues in the room. I've never seen a hotel charge for tissues before. 4. There was no hairdryer, no TV, the air conditioner remote was broken, and the air conditioner was very noisy. 5. The electric blanket was placed under the sheet, and the comforter inside was yellowed, like diaper pads—it was disgusting. 6. There was absolutely no service awareness. I stayed for six days, and the water was cut off every morning when I went to wash up—this happened three times. There was no front desk phone in the room, and no one answered the customer service hotline. 7. The old room is one thing, but the cleaning staff rinsing the mop in the sink was disgusting."
