New Longliangyu Hot Spring Hotel ★★★★
"It feels like a disgrace to Xinlong County. Their service industry acts like a self-important state-owned enterprise, arrogant and indifferent. Relying on Ctrip's support, their prices are the highest in Xinlong, misleading guests into choosing this hotel. Specifically: 1. They openly admitted we had no air conditioning or underfloor heating. 2. They claimed to offer free hot spring tickets, but never said a word. When I asked the front desk, they said, "Go get them yourself." 3. The unkempt-haired man at check-in had a completely cold face the whole time, as if I owed him something. 4. The 18th floor was unavailable. I was in room 1806, and it was before 6 am when they were preparing breakfast on the 19th floor, making a terrible racket. 5. There was no phone in the room. To call the front desk, you had to use your mobile phone, and they wouldn't provide the number; you had to find it on your Ctrip booking or go to the front desk on the 4th floor. 6. The bathroom was the only one of its kind in the country (see attached photo)."

"The day before yesterday, we checked into this hotel in the Cokha Lake Scenic Area. The hotel manager is a young ******* man. We later learned he was an outstanding young man who had studied in mainland China and returned to his hometown to start a business. I praise him so much for his warm and attentive service to my husband and me. His sincerity and attentiveness made us feel like a seasoned professional. He not only helped us, but we also witnessed four guests from Nanjing being personally cared for by him. The hotel has a large, clean and tidy courtyard, beautifully decorated, perfect for photo-taking. The interior is also comfortable. I was a little worried about the cold in the mountains, but the comfortable bedding and blankets made for a great rest. The public lounge area is also very user-friendly. The hotel's large kitchen is also clean and tidy, and they have everything you need for breakfast: steamed buns, porridge, and everything in between. The schedule is completely customized to your needs. Originally, we had the scenic area's shuttle service, but we needed to go up the mountain to film whenever the weather demanded. The hotel staff was very accommodating, providing their own car several times and even taking us up the mountain with their own children. Although we've left, we're deeply grateful and cherish the memories. Thank you again, and I hope you will achieve greater success. You are the light!!"

"I'm genuinely speechless. I never leave bad reviews for hotels. On the night of my check-in, the power went out and remained off, so I couldn't even flush the toilet. When I asked the front desk, they explained it was due to construction in a new development and there was nothing they could do. They then brought up a rechargeable lamp to provide some light. Naturally, the power didn't come back on until I woke up the next morning. And as for the toilet... well. I tried to overlook it, thinking it wasn't easy for them to run a business, and thankfully I didn't have any urgent work to deal with. The next morning, I was in a hurry to leave and accidentally left a pair of shorts (part of a set) in the bathroom, by where the towels are kept. That afternoon, I called to inquire, and they told me they would check the next day and get back to me, but I never received a reply. Today, the 14th, I just called again. They said they didn't find it. If they didn't find it, then they didn't. It's largely my own responsibility for losing it, and I wasn't holding my breath anyway. But then they had the nerve to say it wasn't their hotel's fault because, supposedly, their 'aunties' (housekeeping staff) would *only* find expensive items? That's utterly unacceptable! Is this a joke? Are they seriously trying to praise themselves and elevate their image with that excuse? I'm absolutely floored. So here's my negative review. Let's see if you can still shamelessly claim this isn't your hotel."

"The location is very good. It is in the center of the county. The main road is at the door. The county government and the public security bureau are next to it. There are also many restaurants at the door. It is no problem to arrive at 9 pm. They are all small shops and are open. However, the underground parking of the hotel is really inconvenient and very dark."
