"This is a lovely hotel, with a great location. The cable car to go up the mountain is right in front of the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and caring, I even got a fruit bag during check-in! I would definitely stay again! Also, do note that there aren't many food options around the hotel, besides Chinese restaurants. There was one Western-style restaurant, but I only tried their Chinese food as well, I really liked everything there! The breakfast with the hotel was Chinese style, but very good nonetheless as there were many options available."

"Located in the Qiyun Mountain Scenic Area, this hotel is a great value for a late-night getaway. The hotel's design and room decor are both elegant, with a modern Chinese aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and large. Welcome fruit and a DIY fish lantern were provided. The scenic area's diverse performances were truly worth the price of admission. China's scenic areas are truly incredibly lucrative. Returning to Huangshan North from the hotel is possible by public transportation or a business bus. Due to time constraints, we opted for a pre-booked Ctrip shuttle service, which also allows the driver to meet us directly at the lobby entrance. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Qiyun Mountain."

"The hotel is right next to the railway. There were freight trains passing by from 3am to 7am. It was okay for them to just pass by, but they kept honking their horns. I didn't sleep well that night. Everything else was good."

"I was stung by bees at a guesthouse, and the owner threatened to call the police if I left a bad review! I didn't sleep well; I was too scared to sleep from 4 AM onwards. A swarm of bees entered my room in the middle of the night, and I couldn't get rid of them. I called the owner to come and kill them. During the process, I was stung by one of the bees. In the end, 11 bees were killed (they entered four times in total). While chasing the bees away, the owner wasn't concerned about the safety of the guests but kept emphasizing that I shouldn't leave a bad review. After I told him I was stung, the owner offered to add me on WeChat and refund the room fee, but only if I left a five-star review after checking out at 2 AM. I didn't agree. Finally, the owner offered to add him on WeChat to get a refund but insisted on not leaving a bad review. I was too scared to sleep from 4 AM until I checked out. Safety is a basic requirement for accommodation. The owner refunded the room fee because the guesthouse couldn't provide adequate safety guarantees and didn't meet the check-in requirements, but that wasn't a condition for a five-star review. The owner threatened to call the police if I left a bad review. Follow-up: Initially, the owner transferred the room fee via WeChat but didn't intend to offer any compensation. Negotiations through the Ctrip platform failed to reach an agreement. After the order was charged normally, the owner demanded a refund. I didn't intend to refund, and when I blocked him to avoid harassment, he started making harassing phone calls and leaving voice messages threatening to call the police if I left a bad review. In the end, the owner only refunded the room fee (via WeChat transfer) and made threatening phone calls! Owner, I should be the one calling the police! I was stung by a swarm of bees while staying at a guesthouse, and now you're threatening me!"
