Yanling rice noodles are especially good. The photos are shown as follows. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. After I checked into the hotel room, I found several problems. The staff responded positively and took measures, and even presented fruit plates. Below are a few points of attention. After I checked into the room, I found a long crack in the glass on the table (with pictures). I thought it was the family who was accompanying me accidentally touched it and didn't. I contacted the front desk, and the front desk said that the glass had been cracked long ago and they had a record. I said that this problem should be dealt with in time, which will cause trouble to the guests behind, and cause doubts about the responsible person and compensation; at the same time, the glass crack is also a hidden danger. If it suddenly breaks completely on a day, it may hurt people. This hotel should be improved in time. Checking in on the first day, I found that the water level was not lowered after the toilet was flushed. After the maintenance master came to the door, he said that the design of the toilet was relatively novel. The flush valve should be twisted here, not to twist over there. I said that there is a lack of clear logo. Who will know so many guests? The master didn't say much. In my opinion, this is a visual management problem. Hotel management is a multi-faceted system management, and some problems are inevitable, but if you have to correct them in time, you can continue to improve. In general, the past few days of staying in and Yilicheng have left me with good memories. I will come to Yanling in the future and I am willing to stay again. I wish the hotel continued high-quality development!"
