"Very modest hotel. Rest with two families for the weekend in Eysk. Photos of two rooms : three-bedroom comfort (7) and a double-bedroom Deluxe with a balcony. If the trip wasn't spontaneous, I would never go to this hotel. The hotel is already a lot of life. For such money it is simply unacceptable. The doors are old. The three-bedroom comfort - with a view of good, spacious, quite comfortable mattresses. The truth is bed linen, blankets and even towels - in yellow spots! Shower cabin.. all in a terrible condition . Plus the mushroom in the corner of the cabin and of course the smell of the sewer.. Two-seat Deluxe! What a beautiful status gave the room in which it was horrible!! Just a terrible smell of the sewer !!! Bed linen, towels - too all in yellow and rusty spots . We complained all two days about the ‘aroma' of the room. We were told that the pipe cleaning was made and a new air refrigerator was issued.. I think everyone understands that it is not even funny . Two complaints are written in your book Complaints and Proposals . I am sure no one will write the answer in the book, because the book is 100 years too and no one takes it even in hand from the staff. Of the pluses is only location . There are many shops nearby.
