"I rarely review hotels when I stay in them, but I really want to review them this time, hoping it can help the hotel understand its own problems: 1. The fishy smell from the hotel's quilts and pillows really made me feel uncomfortable. Moreover, the sheets in the hotel were stained and the pillows were damaged and still in use. 2. The price I ordered from Ctrip was clearly 139 yuan, and I showed the Ctrip order to the front desk, but the front desk insisted on giving me an invoice of 129 yuan. I don’t know if it was Ctrip or the hotel that defrauded me of 10 yuan. 3. There is a "music bar" next to the hotel. It is still roaring in the middle of the night, which seriously affects the normal rest."

Environment: One side faces the street, so it's quite noisy when the windows are open; the other side faces a residential area. Service: Room service was prompt, but restaurant service was poor; the staff were indifferent. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 8:30. If it's not crowded by 8:00, the lights are turned off. Today it was crowded; there were people eating and watching the news on TV at 8:30, and the staff turned off the lights and TV on time and left, completely ignoring the guests' feelings. Facilities: There is an elevator. Napkins, toilet seat covers, and bottled water in the rooms are all charged separately. I've stayed in many hotels, and two free bottles of water per day are standard."
