The room was spotless and felt brand new. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and they even offered complimentary milk. The only minor downside was that the flashing fire alarm light kept me awake at night. When I mentioned it, the front desk immediately offered to change my room, but they did say other rooms would have the same flashing light, and it was quite late, so I decided against it. I ended up covering my eyes with a towel and still got a good night's sleep. To apologize, the front desk offered a simple breakfast of two small buns and a cup of mung bean soup, both of which were delicious, especially the soup. Haha, overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay.

The room was clean and tidy with great natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was a wet/dry separation with no odd smells. The butler was very responsive, and the location was convenient for getting around. It offered great value for money. My stay was very good, and I would choose this place again next time.

本人對住宿衞生要求很高，出門住酒店向來格外挑剔，這家店的清潔程度真的讓我眼前一亮。客房進門沒有灰塵和悶味，沙發縫隙、牀頭櫃底部、床底這類容易忽略的死角都清理到位，衞生間乾濕分離區域沒有水垢、黴點，地漏沒有異味，洗漱台鏡面擦得透亮。床上用品全部一客一換，床單平整無污漬，被子蓬鬆乾爽，枕頭沒有發黃異味，浴巾毛巾厚實柔軟，都是高温消毒過的質感。保潔人員每日打掃時會主動補齊消耗品，主動詢問是否需要更換床品，細節之處都能看出店家對衞生的嚴格把控，潔癖人羣可以放心入住，完全不用擔心清潔問題。

這次來餘姚出差特意選了這家海悦歡途，整體體驗完全超出我的預期。門店就在商圈邊上，隔壁就是眾安廣場，裏面就是各類餐館、超市和服裝店，不管是正餐、小吃還是採購日用品都不用走遠，自駕打車去高鐵站也衹需要幾分鐘，交通區位真的無可挑剔。客房內部打理得格外用心，進門沒有異味，地面、窗台、衞生間角落都擦得乾乾淨淨，床品摸起來柔軟親膚，枕頭軟硬適中，晚上休息特別安穩。前台工作人員待人温和有禮貌，辦理入住退房流程快速不拖沓，有任何疑問諮詢都會耐心解答，全程沒有敷衍。房間電視、熱水、空調等設備運轉順暢，價格對比周邊同檔次酒店性價比突出，不管是出差還是旅遊住宿都很合適，下次再來餘姚一定優先選擇這裏。

前台服務真的無可挑剔，待人熱情真誠，完全沒有機械化的敷衍感。到店時停車找不到車位，工作人員主動出來指引停車區域；入住時主動告知房型採光、隔音情況，按需給我們安排安靜朝向的房間。退房當天趕高鐵時間緊張，前台快速辦理手續，還貼心提醒路況避開堵車路段。過程中提出的所有需求都能快速響應，溝通起來輕鬆舒服，專業又暖心的服務，給整個旅途增添了不少好感。
