The service is particularly good, and the suite was upgraded for free. When I applied for a double sofa, they agreed to change the room without hesitation. The robot also delivered drinking water at any time. When the weather forecast said it would rain, they sent an umbrella and let us choose the color of the umbrella ourselves, which was very warm.
The room layout is reasonable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and the bath is separated, and it is very large. There is a special cloakroom and a stool to sit down and change clothes.
The restaurant on the second floor tastes good. If there is no room in the private room, it will be delivered to the room for free, with large quantity and high quality!
The river of Zhen'an is at the door, and you can walk around for several kilometers. The greenway on both sides of the river is both standardized and cultural. There are poems on the railings, and there are only pedestrians on the greenway, no bicycles or motorcycles. ”Come to An, go to An, small town An” is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people! A quiet and humanistic town.
The underground parking lot is very large, and the hotel's dedicated parking lot is in the third underground, free!

"The hotel reception is on the 4th floor, and guest rooms are on floors 5-10. There are practically no parking spaces in front of the hotel (only a handful), and getting in and out is inconvenient. Before booking, I contacted the hotel to ask about parking availability, and they replied that it wasn't a problem. However, upon arrival, I discovered how scarce parking was. I contacted the hotel again, and they told me about the underground parking lot 300 meters away, but I could only park in the hotel's designated parking spaces. The hotel security guard said there should be four spaces left, and after searching for a while, I finally found the last one – very lucky, but the space was quite narrow. Most guests were driving and were concerned about parking; the front desk seemed to be constantly dealing with related issues. The hotel rooms are small and cramped. The facilities are rather outdated; the hand soap dispenser was non-dispensable, and only disposable towels and bath towels were provided. There is no telephone; you need to add the front desk on WeChat for any issues. They said the hotel only has one floor attendant, so service is relatively slow. There's a bottle of mineral water in the room for a fee, requiring a 100 yuan deposit, even though I had already paid for the room. However, the service attitude was quite good."

Generally, the waiters and front desk staff are older, and the attitude may be related to age. Living on the fourth floor with a rooftop, when some guests were eating and drinking on the rooftop at around 11 o'clock in the evening, the children were shouting in the corridor. When the adults returned to the room after eating at 11 o'clock, they also talked and laughed loudly. They are a group of people with no quality. They think they are superior when they go out to travel, and they don't pay attention to their personal quality. The hotel's hygiene and environment are not bad. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is enough and has its own characteristics."

"The hotel is located right next to Jintai Mountain, in a tranquil and pleasant environment. It's very convenient for visiting attractions, and there's even a private path leading directly to Jintai Mountain from the back.
The room was clean and tidy. The receptionist, Xiao Yuan, was very helpful and even kindly upgraded our floor. They also provided fruit, snacks, and small gifts in the room.
The receptionist the next morning was also very kind, remotely opening the passageway door for us when we returned from the back of the mountain.
We were extremely satisfied with our stay here!"

"I booked this hotel after searching and reading reviews from netizens before going to Tayun Mountain. I booked a deluxe twin room for 215 yuan. The room was clean, fully equipped, and parking was convenient. The breakfast was as colorful as the reviews from netizens, because the day before We were so crazy about hiking that we went up to the 17th floor (living on the 9th floor) around 8:30. Although it was past the peak dining period, there were still 20 to 30 varieties to choose from, a conscientious breakfast operator. There is a food street 200 meters away from the hotel door. It has barbecue, stir-fry, and hot pot. It is very popular!"
