"Hotel N in Znojmo truly exceeded our expectations – the accommodation was perfect in every way. As a group of friends, we booked five double rooms, all of which were clean, cozy, and comfortable. We spent the entire week in Znojmo attending shooting competitions, and staying at the hotel made the experience all the more enjoyable. A big highlight was the friendly and helpful staff. The young lady at the reception was always smiling, kind, and ready to assist – her approach significantly contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the entire stay. Everything was spotless, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxed. Every morning, we enjoyed a generous buffet breakfast with plenty of options for everyone. The dinners were excellent – we especially recommend their skewers and the absolutely amazing steak on a lava stone, one of the best we’ve ever had. Everything was served with care and professionalism. Overall, we consider our stay a great success. Hotel N is an excellent choice for both groups and individual travelers looking for clean, friendly accommodations with outstanding service and exceptional cuisine. We look forward to returning in the future."

"My stay was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The hotel presents itself as a quality establishment, but the reality fell far short of expectations. The room felt uninspiring and lacked attention to detail, while several inconveniences quickly added up and made the stay frustrating rather than relaxing. The biggest issue was the service. Staff came across as indifferent and unhelpful, and basic requests seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. Instead of feeling welcome, I often felt ignored. The level of customer service was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this reputation. The restaurant was equally underwhelming. Service was slow and disorganized, communication was poor, and the overall dining experience lacked the professionalism and quality one would expect. What should have been an enjoyable meal became another source of frustration. Overall, I left with the impression that guest satisfaction was not a priority. Considering the hotel’s ratings and reputation, the experience was surprisingly disappointing, and I would not choose to return."

"Very nice hotel, nice breakfast, located little far from center, but nice walk, many restaurants nearby, also two wine shops. Unfortunately holel wine basement wasn't open. Only doubt is expensive spa.. Kids have access just until 7pm, we arrived at 5pm soo for full price isn't worthy... But otherwise I recomend"

"Although not everything is bad here, this hotel seems to be stuck in an era that has long gone. The mattresses are extremely thin, cleanliness is a big issue, the rooms are not cleaned during your stay, breakfast is served in a hot cafeteria like environment and service is extremely slow. In addition, the temperature of the (hot) water constantly fluctuates and there is no shower curtain : floods guaranteed ! At last, they request advance payment, which is such a sign of distrust that you really do not feel welcome here. And I would accept all these disadvantages if the hotel would cost 1000 CZK / night, but in reality the price is more than double. For the amount you pay here, you will find a beautiful hotel in the centre of Znojmo with friendly staff and clean rooms. Don't hesitate !"
