The room is a bit small, but it's very clean, and there's no old hotel smell like some mentioned. The air conditioning runs 24/7, which is very comfortable. I recommend a nearby place called ”Milk Ice Room”; the food is delicious and affordable (50 RMB per person is enough for a meal, and you get free milk tea with a main course). It’s pretty OK for a shorter vacation stay, location allows convenient for exploring with a lot of public transportation points within 10-15 min walk. So, be out all day, shower, sleep, repeat.
Had a chance to see two rooms, as originally I was checking-in to a room with a mirror instead of window (while I booked a city view room), which was spacious, tile floor, overall OK.
I asked for amendment and was “upgraded” to the room in the pictures with huge windows and carpet which can be tricky in humid weather and overall a hell to keep clean in hotels.
Tricky part is that some rooms are smoker rooms and the ventilation is shared throughout the whole hotel (or the room nextdoor ignored the ban) and at one point it hit the room.

The hotel is located near Tin Hau Station Exit A2 (the subway sign says A1, which is a bit roundabout). Walk straight across a small street for about 3-5 minutes, and you'll reach it easily. Even with a large 26-inch suitcase, it was no trouble. Along the street, there are various dessert shops and restaurants.

Although the hotel was renovated in 2017, the facilities are very well-maintained.

I stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago. Although it has been renovated, the service is noticeably worse than before. Here are a few points:
1. At 3 PM check-in, no rooms were available. We only got our room key at 4:30 PM.
2. Upon entering the room, we found a used band-aid from the previous guests still on the floor (which was quite unpleasant) and not cleaned up.
3. Loud music from a club downstairs went on until past midnight, making it impossible for us and our child to get any rest. Even though it was a weekend and there might have been events, it was simply unacceptable.
4. There's also something that made us very angry, and although it's not directly related to the hotel, I want to share it so future guests can be aware. The taxis outside the hotel – we might have encountered an extreme driver, not necessarily representative of most, but I'm just sharing my personal experience. We took a taxi from the hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui to Sogo in Causeway Bay. Without informing us, the driver took a detour over the cross-harbor bridge. I only found this out later when the price seemed wrong. He didn't take the usual tunnel, and as a result, the fare was HKD 193. Taking the tunnel usually costs around HKD 65, which we had paid before. So, I want to remind future guests to be careful when taking taxis.

I really think this place offers great value for money. It wasn't much more expensive than hotels near the Shenzhen border, and the room was much bigger than I expected and looked quite proper.
Before coming here, I had actually lowered my expectations, wondering what kind of hotel you could get for just over 300 (excluding tax) during the summer holiday. After all, the night before, I paid over 200 near the Shenzhen border for a room with a tiny window, no soundproofing, and even mold. So, I was genuinely surprised when I arrived! It's a standalone hotel building with a spacious lobby on the ground floor. The staff were also very friendly. I'm from a remote part of Chongqing and only speak Mandarin, not Cantonese, but I didn't feel discriminated against at all.
They have a free shuttle service, which I didn't know about at first. You can take the shuttle from Tsuen Wan MTR station (exit E) – the pickup point is next to Metroplaza on the opposite side. You don't need anything to board the shuttle to the hotel, but you do need to book in advance with the front desk for the return trip. One minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM the next day, which is different from mainland China, so you'll need to plan your time accordingly.FromSEK 657

More then 2 suirltcases will become a challenge. The location is situated at a short distance from Kowloon, requiring a 15–20 minute walk that may be inconvenient for daily travel. Although a shuttle service is available, its limited hourly operation between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. reduces its practical utility. Access to the Olympic Station is convenient, approximately a 6–8 minute walk; utilizing the path through the HSBC building is recommended for. The location is superb, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, making it easy to get anywhere. It's less than a 5-minute walk downstairs to the Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station/Austin MTR Station. It's perfect for first-time visitors to Hong Kong, especially those focusing on shopping.
You can tell the hotel has some age, and it's said to have been undergoing phased renovations and upgrades in recent years. However, it boasts many rooms and well-regulated management. The hygiene conditions are just so-so, as the hotel is genuinely very busy. It likely also accommodates tour groups, with many guests checking in daily, and luggage storage is convenient. The sea view rooms only offer a partial glimpse of the sea, but if you're on a higher floor, the view looking out is still very beautiful.
I personally think the room size is quite good, especially when comparing it to other options in Hong Kong given its location. As anyone who has stayed in Hong Kong knows, some hotel rooms are astonishingly small.
I didn't experience the hotel's dining. They offer a 100+ buffet breakfast and a 300+ buffet dinner, but for that budget, you can find much better dining options nearby. I personally feel that unless it's included with your room booking, there's no need to spend extra on it.

The location is indeed great, with a bus stop right next to it. The MTR can take you directly there, about a ten-minute walk. For those taking the MTR, remember to use Exit C of Tsuen Wan West Station, and you won't have to worry about rain as it's within a mall, otherwise, you'd be exhausted like we were 😔. The high-floor rooms offer beautiful views, with a panoramic sea view. The room facilities are complete, and toiletries are provided, so no need to worry. The only minor inconvenience was having to queue twice for check-in, which was a bit annoying. It's probably due to the holiday season; I wonder what it's like normally. Traveling from Xiamen to Hong Kong, it seems that due to environmental protection policies, hotels in Hong Kong no longer provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. This hotel is conveniently located next to Prince Edward MTR Station, making transportation easy. There are also many shops nearby, which is great for shopping. The room was larger than expected; we, a family of three, chose a king-sized bed (1.8m), and the movable sofa could be used as a barrier next to it. Overall, it was quiet, but when actually sleeping, the air conditioner seemed a bit loud – something that could be improved. There were earplugs in the room, but I wasn't sure if they were complimentary since it wasn't specified, so I didn't use them. A universal adapter was provided. It would be even better if disposable slippers were offered for children. Check-in is after 3 PM; before that, you can only store your luggage. It would be nice if early check-in or a later check-out around 2 or 3 PM were possible. The hotel staff were very friendly and patient, and could communicate in Mandarin. Every time I visit Hong Kong, I stay at Harbour Plaza Resort City. The price here is incredibly reasonable and offers great value. The hotel staff are warm, polite, and welcoming. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. There's a shopping mall nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The light rail is right across the street, and there's a bus stop nearby, so getting around is easy. The service was quite bad. The room was quite old and the table had a lot of stains. The bathroom rack had water stains that obviously wasn’t wiped before hand. I requested to change the room. They downgraded me to a twin bed room when my booking was a kind size bed. When changing the room they didn’t inform me that they were changing me to a twin room until I walked into it. The room showed signs of wear and tear: there were some awful stains on the lamp, the bed linen was slightly worn, and the furniture showed signs of very careless restoration. For this price, it was disappointing.
The service was exemplary. Every time I walked into the room, it felt like my first day - everything was clean and perfectly in place. A few times they left some nice grapes as a complimentary treat, and a few times - mooncakes (excessively sweet).
Excellent location: the subway entrance is right by the hotel, a great shopping mall is just across the street, and a park and ferries are within a few minutes walk away.
